A: Every month, you’ll receive four generous 80g wax melt clamshells. Each one is 100% handmade by us using our signature blend of fragranced soy and mineral wax.
Q: How much does the Loch Shores VIP box cost?
A: The box is £13.50, which includes all postage and packing.
Q: Is the Loch Shores VIP a subscription service?
A: Not at all! Our commitment policy is simple: no subscription required. You get total one-off purchase flexibility with no recurring payments or long-term commitments. You can buy a box as a treat whenever you like.
Q: What is the ordering cutoff date for each month?
A: The cutoff date to order each month's box is the 15th of the month. This allows us to know exactly how many boxes to hand-craft and put together for everyone.
Q: When will I receive my VIP order?
A: We aim to dispatch your VIP box on or around the 20th of the month.
Q: How does purchasing and invoicing work after my first box?
A: Once you order and receive your first box, we will automatically email you an invoice on the 1st of the following month. If you decide you don't want the next month's box, simply ignore the invoice—we won't send you any further invoices unless you choose to reorder again in the future!
Q: What perks do I get as a VIP, and when do these scents launch to everyone else?
A: You get exclusive "First Sniff" access! VIPs get to try brand-new scents a full month before they launch to the general public. Once the VIP run finishes, those featured scents are added to the VIP Vault for general sale at a later date.
